1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to ecwon. This platform is operated by ecwon and provides online betting services to eligible users in Malaysia. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ecwon platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the ecwon platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those amended terms.

2. User Account Eligibility

• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or betting prohibition issued by any authority.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Ecwon reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Management

Ecwon is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure. All activity carried out through your account — whether by you or any other party — is considered entirely your responsibility.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Ecwon supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method.
• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Any deposit that fails to process due to incorrect information is entirely the user's responsibility.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

The general terms applicable to all ecwon bonuses are as follows:

• Sports betting outcomes are based on official results from the relevant sports authorities. ecwon is not responsible for any result changes made after bets have been settled.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

Ecwon users are required to interact with the platform honestly, fairly, and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without compensation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or manipulate game outcomes.

Termination by ecwon:
